US President, Joe Biden, tripped and fell on his knees whilst on stage during the Air Force Academy graduation ceremony earlier this month.
Moments after the incident, pictures and videos went viral on social media.
One such image which has gone viral online shows, Mr Biden, wearing a diaper.

The photo is being circulated widely on social media. A ‘fake’ tag has been placed on it to avoid recirculation.
Verification
Our first point of call was to check for online reports from credible media organisations to ascertain if the viral photo was authentic.
Publications from BBC and ABC News included visuals showing brief moments before and during Joe Biden’s fall.
“President Joe Biden had just handed out the last diploma after standing on stage for the Air Force Academy’s commencement ceremony for hours when he turned to his left and began to bound off stage, not noticing the sandbag below,” Politico said in a publication.
Observing the footage from the incident, it was obvious that the trending photo was manipulated.
